Terms & Conditions

By accessing, installing, or using any part of the My Cassa System (the "System"), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the System and must immediately cease all use.

1. General Disclaimer

The System is provided "as is" and "as available." My Cassa System makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the software or hardware for any specific business purpose. You acknowledge that software may contain bugs or experience interruptions, and you accept this risk entirely.

2. Worldline Partner Terms & Merchant Obligations

My Cassa System is a certified partner of Worldline. By using our integrated payment services, you agree to the following mandatory conditions to protect both My Cassa System and its partners:

  • Acceptance of Service: Worldline and My Cassa System reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to accept or refuse payment processing services to any merchant without providing a reason.
  • Compliance & KYC: You must provide accurate, up-to-date business information. Failure to pass "Know Your Customer" (KYC) or anti-money laundering (AML) checks will result in immediate termination.
  • Security & PCI-DSS: You are strictly prohibited from interfering with, altering, or tampering with the software or hardware of any payment terminal (e.g., DX8000). You must maintain full compliance with PCI-DSS security standards at all times.
  • Fraud & Liability: You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your Merchant Account. Neither My Cassa System nor Worldline shall be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, or your failure to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall My Cassa System, its owners, employees, or partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of business profits or revenue.
  • Data loss or corruption.
  • System downtime, hardware failure, or network interruptions.
  • Errors, bugs, or misconfigurations caused by the user or third-party updates.

4. No Compensation Policy

You acknowledge that use of the System is at your own risk. My Cassa System shall not be liable for any compensation, refunds, or damages arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party service failures (including internet providers or payment processors).

5. Hardware and Maintenance

You are responsible for the physical security and correct environment for all hardware. Any damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorized repairs is your sole responsibility. Replacement hardware is provided subject to current stock and specific lease/purchase agreements.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms or for conduct that we deem harmful to our business or the reputation of our partners.

7. Right to Amend Terms

My Cassa System reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website or within the System. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the System following any updates constitutes your full and binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
